Shipping Policy — Daniel Arts

At Daniel Arts, we take great care in packaging and delivering your original artwork safely to your door.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via registered post or courier. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. A flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally on request. Please contact us at joanne@danielarts.com.au before placing your order to discuss shipping costs and timeframes to your country.

Packaging All original artworks are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Canvases are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes appropriate for the size of the work.

Insurance All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork. In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can arrange a resolution.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided for all domestic orders. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
